Refund Policy

It didn’t work for you

If you paid but couldn’t download your files, or the result was unusable because of a technical problem on our side, email [email protected] within 14 days with your receipt and we’ll fix it or refund you.

What isn’t covered

• Rejection of a photo by an authority. Acceptance is decided by the officer — please review every check before you pay.
• Photos printed at the wrong size (for example with “fit to page” enabled).
• Changing your mind after downloading the files — you can retake for free for 30 days instead.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. This policy doesn’t affect your statutory consumer rights.
