Yes. Drag the photo to move it and use the head-size slider. The slider only moves within the legal range, and the guide bands turn red if anything goes outside the rules.

Your original photo was too tight around your head. Turn on “Replace background” so we can extend it, or retake from a little further away.

Yes — any recent iPhone or Android browser, plus Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on computers. The first run downloads our AI model (a few MB), after that it’s fast.

Upload the sheet JPEG to any photo service (CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Costco, Boots…) and order a single 4×6 in / 10×15 cm print. Make sure no cropping or “fit” option is applied, then cut along the dashed lines.

The digital photo — it’s already at the exact pixel size and under the file-size limit the form expects.

Open the maker again on the same device and browser: purchases include unlimited retakes and re-downloads for 30 days. Otherwise email us your order receipt.

No. Processing happens on your device; your photo is never uploaded to us. If you start a checkout, the photo is kept only in your own browser so it survives the payment page.

For purchases, the order details our payment partner sends us (email, amount, document type). We use Google Analytics to understand which pages help — never anything about your photo. See the privacy policy.
